浅谈近4年工作心态的进化
在火花工作的这几年里，比较大的一个收获是心态的进化，“心态”是一个听起来比较“玄”的词，每个人可能都曾听到过这句话：“你要保持一个良好的心态哦”。可是到底什么是良好的心态？有很多词可以用来描述，如：“积极进取”，“宠辱不惊”，“自信满满”，“谦卑有理”… 这些词说起来都懂，但是实际处理事情的时候，就容易陷入自己情绪的陷阱里。只有经历过，反思后，才会有醍醐灌顶的顿悟。接下来分享我总结出来的3个心态的变化。
